WHY USE TEXAS PROPERTY SISTERS
Julie and Monica are both licensed Realtors® which means that they are members of the National Association of Realtors subscribing to a strict code of ethics, professionalism, and knowledge of the local real estate market. They are required to complete continuing education to stay up on the latest real estate laws, contracts, and policies. Additionally, both Monica and Julie are Accredited Luxury Home Specialists (ACHS).
There are several reasons to work with The Texas Property Sisters Realty Group including:
Experience
Julie and Monica will identify the right property for you based on your budget and needs. Their knowledge of the local market helps them evaluate properties to ensure they are priced accurately.
Buying or selling property usually requires reading and signing financial documents and legal forms. The paperwork may be different for each market and done per an area’s laws and regulations. Any unintentional mistake or delay can be costly or lengthen the process of selling or buying a home. Monica and Julie are experienced in dealing with these requirements and will guide you through buying and selling a house, making the process effortless and smooth.
Saves Time
There are many things involved in the purchasing or selling of property, and it is time-consuming. It not only requires listing your property but identifying properties for sale, interviewing potential buyers, plus investigating, and inspecting properties. Julie and Monica handle these things on behalf of the buyer or seller. They research what needs to be repaired or installed before you buy or to increase your home value if you are selling.
Connections
REALTORS® know other REALTORS® or trusted individuals connected to the real estate market. These persons can be interior decorators, real estate lawyers, contractors, appraisers, or mortgage brokers and many others. Often, they will know another agent who’s looking for a specific property. Monica and Julie have an extensive network which ensures access to information that will be valuable for the selling and buying of property.
Expert Negotiators
The demand for houses has increased, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, with many people working remotely. The increase in demand has created a housing shortage and competition in the real estate market. Texas Property Sisters will effectively negotiate with potential buyers and sellers to get the best possible price. They will argue in your best interests and ensure that a deal is complete.
Ethics
As REALTORS®, Julie and Monica are held to and must adhere to a higher standard of moral and ethical practices than real estate agents. They are required to follow a Code of Ethics related to the selling and buying of property and how to interact with the parties involved. This helps you as a buyer or sellor because you can be assured that they will always have your best interest at heart and will follow all laws as they relate to real estate transactions.
Monica and Julie will personally handle every aspect of your real estate transaction. They never turn anything over to assistants or administrative clerks. Using their knowledge of the local market and experience, they will guide you every step of the way.
Essentially, you get two Realtors® for the price of one!
